Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services provided by Nanny Ties. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Provider’s services.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the services provided by the Provider, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you may not use the Provider’s services.

2. Services Provided: The Provider acts as an intermediary between childminders and families seeking child care services. The Provider will assist in matching families with suitable childminders based on the information provided by both parties.

3. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Provider’s services. By using the services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

4. Information Accuracy: As a childminder, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your qualifications, experience, availability, and any other relevant details. As a family seeking child care services, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your child’s needs and requirements.

5. Provider’s Role: The Provider acts solely as an intermediary and does not guarantee the suitability, availability, or quality of any childminder or child care service. The Provider does not employ childminders and does not have control over their actions or services. The ultimate responsibility for the selection of a childminder and the child’s well-being rests with the family.

6. Background Checks: The Provider may conduct background checks on childminders, including but not limited to verification of identification, references, and criminal records. However, the Provider cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information obtained, and it is the family’s responsibility to conduct their own due diligence and make an informed decision.

7. Fees and Payments: The Provider charges fees for the use of its services. The applicable fees will be clearly communicated to both childminders and families. Payment terms and methods will also be provided. Failure to pay the required fees may result in the suspension or termination of the Provider’s services. Or any steps required to recover the fees.

8. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the Provider’s services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek mediation or arbitration as a means of dispute resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability: The Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of its services, including but not limited to the actions or omissions of childminders, the suitability of childminders for specific needs, or any conflicts that may arise between childminders and families.

10. Copyright: All property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, associated with the Provider’s services, are the property of the Provider and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the Provider’s property without prior written consent.

11. Amendments to the Agreement: The Provider reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on the Provider’s website. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for any updates or changes.

12. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the law.

By using the services provided by the Provider, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
